1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Huaxiaview (“we”, “us”, “the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Comments & User Interaction (Important)

Comments and on-site user posting are disabled. Users cannot post comments on articles or otherwise publish content directly on the Site. If you wish to contact us, submit tips, story ideas, or contributions, please email huaxiaview@outlook.com. Submissions sent by email are subject to the “User Submissions” rules below.

3. Permitted use and sharing

You may read, share, and reference our content for personal, non-commercial use provided you: (a) include an active link to the original article on https://www.huaxiaview.com/ , (b) attribute the content to “Huaxiaview (华夏眼)”, and (c) do not remove or alter any bylines, watermarks, or copyright notices. If you email us a tip, story, or content (a “Submission”), you represent that you have the right to share it. By submitting, you grant Huaxiaview a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, publish, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, and display the Submission in any format or medium. You confirm the Submission does not contain restricted or unlawful material and does not infringe third-party rights.

We are not obliged to publish any Submission. We may edit, refuse, or remove Submissions for any reason, including for legal compliance or policy violations.

6. Prohibited content (zero-tolerance for 3R)

Do not send or attempt to post content that:

  • Violates laws or third-party rights;

  • Is defamatory, pornographic, violent, or incites hatred or discrimination;

  • Targets, attacks, or insults individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, or the royal institution (3R content);

  • Is spammy, promotional, or contains malware.

Submissions or content violating these rules will be rejected or removed and may be reported to authorities.

7. Moderation, takedown & corrections

We moderate content and Submissions. If we remove material you submitted and you believe removal was in error, email huaxiaview@outlook.com with details. For factual errors in published articles, provide sources; we will investigate and publish corrections where appropriate.

8. Advertising & affiliates
